At this Q2 session of GrowthCLUB, we'll focus on creating environments focused on teamwork and innovation. "Leaders Eat Last - Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't," a new release by Simon Sinek, challenges currently accepted models of leadership. We'll use the concepts in this book to challenge your thinking on leading your team - whether that means employees, contractors, service providers or yourself. Throughout the day there will be opportunities to integrate these ideas into your next 90 day plan.
