Interested in how technology - drones, wearables and more - can benefit the consumer retail experience and benefit your bottom line? This is the conference for you.
Retail industry professionals, University of Wisconsin-Madison students and faculty and others passionate about the retail sphere are invited to unplug for a day to fast forward to tomorrow at the third annual Future Perfect Retail Conference.
Hosted by The Kohl's Center for Retailing within the School of Human Ecology (SoHE) at UW-Madison, the 2014 conference is dedicated to exploring the intersection of retail and technology and whether more really is better. Nationally renowned retail, marketing and technology experts will present on the ways technology
- and the insights to be gleaned from it
- can be used to better connect retailers with their customers, augment a brand's retail experience, cultivate customer loyalty and ultimately drive ROI for the future.
The one-day program will feature a session during which attendees will leverage lessons from the conference by employing SoHE's unique approach to Design Thinking to collectively brainstorm around their own challenges relating to retail, branding and the consumer experience. Additionally, the conference lineup includes student presentations as well as Q&A with an expert panel.
