Join us on Monday, August 5, 2013 and play 18 holes of golf at the extraordinary Maple Bluff Country Club in Madison to support the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin.

One lucky golfer will have the opportunity to win $1,000,000.
