Join team Deliciouser for an unforgettable evening of Island cuisine paired with inventive takes on classic Tiki cocktails as we ring in the new year with tropical style!

* Shared pu pu platters - “Some Like It Hotter” Huli Huli chicken, Zócalo poached shrimp,  mango-avocado spring rolls, Rumaki, Dayboat calypso sauce

* Wagyu beef crudo - sambal, cucumber, pineapple, peanuts, Fish sauce vinaigrette

* Misoyaki Tuna Tartare - mango, Togarashier

* Lobster - Night market coconut cream curry, Thai basil

* Whole roasted pig rubbed with Kauai sea salt
