Join team Deliciouser as we explore Mediterranean wine making traditions with special guest Carter Dyer of the L'eft bank wine Company.   Enjoy five Deliciouser Mediterranean inspired dishes paired with five incredible wines.  A match made in culinary heaven.

*Soft cheese board, warm fruit and honey baked in parchment, toasted bread, marinated  
*Baharat spiced cauliflower, charred eggplant puree, Labneh, herb salad 
*Bomba spiced seafood broth, roasted cherry tomatoes, Mediterranean couscous, Pastis, shrimp and clams 
*Grilled loin of Beef, Berbere braised short rib, Bunky’s hummus 
*Za’atar spiced fruit, crumbled meringue, black tea and chocolate
