The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials (PAL-E) is a comprehensive four half-day workshop designed to equip managers and leaders with the necessary skills to support, guide, and coach agile teams effectively. Through a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises, participants gain a deep understanding of how to improve their teams' agile capabilities. This workshop serves as a foundation for leaders in creating the ideal conditions for a successful agile transformation within their organizations.
The PAL-E course offers a unique format with half-day classes, allowing participants to balance their training needs with other professional responsibilities. It provides a convenient solution for busy leaders who can continue to fulfill their duties while acquiring essential agile leadership skills.
Included in the course are four half-days of expert instruction, a valuable opportunity to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification exam at no additional cost, a comprehensive course workbook, and access to the full slide deck and supplementary materials used during the training.
The PAL I certification validates the participant's understanding of the value that agility brings to businesses and the vital role that leadership plays in supporting and sponsoring agile practices within organizations.
After completing the Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials course, participants will receive an exam code for the PAL I certification exam. The code has no expiration date, and there are no extra costs involved. Participants are encouraged to take the exam within a week after completing the course for the best results. In the unfortunate event of not achieving the required 85% passing score on the first attempt, you will receive a a one-time free resit opportunity if the exam is taken within 14 days after completing the course.
