To access the rooftop, attendees will go through the Hall of the States building (same address) and take the elevators up to the 8th floor. There will be staff stationed in the lobby to direct attendees to the elevators and up to the 8th floor. From there, there will be signage directing folks through a hallway, where there will be another staff member from the building directing them outside and up to the rooftop and to the registration table
