    Willowbrook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 57 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing healthcare environment.

    Willowbrook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Jefferson County since 1970. We are located in a residential area, conveniently located off of Interstate 94. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
