Do you want to build a qualified workforce and develop our region's economy? Maintain a well-trained staff and decrease hiring and training expenses? Support our schools, provide leadership and growth opportunities for your staff, and build Madison together?
Whether you intend to hire a student or just want to provide them with some interview practice, join us for a morning seminar focused on working with young employees and meet Madison's Youth Apprenticeship students. Network with other leaders looking to engage with our schools, get your Youth Apprenticeship questions answered, and meet & interview the future of your industry.

Event Agenda:
8:00 am - 8:30 am: Welcome & Light Breakfast
8:30 am - 9:30 am: Mentor Training
9:30 am - 9:40 am: Break
9:40 am - 12:00 pm: Round table interviews (5 rounds, 20 minutes each)
Participating employers will receive YA candidate information for all attending applicants in their industry prior to the event.
