Did you know that meditation and asana go hand-in-hand? In this workshop, you will learn the basics of meditation and simple breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety and increase clarity and calm.

Join Alie for a very fun afternoon and discover the balance between grounding and enlightening, centering and expanding, relaxing and energizing. Harness the skills necessary to experience joy and happiness in balancing postures, backbending and inversions. Watch your clarity and energy increase as you explore meditation, essential alignment details, breathing techniques and innovative pose variations.

Alie will offer you an opportunity to experience your natural state of peace and to be present with your intentions + wishes for your life. Let’s enjoy our experience of yoga together and celebrate the joy of being alive.

This 2 1/2 hour workshop is appropriate for all-levels of students who have a regular practice as modifications will be offered.
