It’s a question those of us in business have asked time and time again – “What’s my ROI on social media?” How often have you tried — in vain — to calculate your return on investment in digital and social media? In this session, Spencer X Smith will share the one social media metric no one is talking about, ROTOMA (Return on Top of Mind Awareness), and why you should start using this strategy instead.

1:00pm – 2:15pm             Session #3: Matt Nelson: The Ins and Outs of Facebook Audiences

Love it or hate it; Facebook has built the most powerful marketing tool in the history of the world. Unfortunately, most businesses never make it past boosting posts or setting up a Pixel. In this workshop, Matt Nelson with MadtownSEO.com and LocalRouteLabs.com will walk you through the basics of Facebook’s Saved, Custom, and Lookalike Audiences, which allow marketers to create highly targeted ads during any part of the sales process.

2:30pm – 4:30pm             Session #4: Josh Klemons: 10 Social Media Tips and Strategies You Should Be Utilizing Today

Sometimes it feels like the only constant in digital marketing is change. But here’s the thing — if you’re chasing shiny, new objects at the expense of your brand’s core strategy, you are never going to find the success you seek. Join digital storyteller and strategist, Josh Klemons of Reverbal Communications to talk about 10 social media tips and strategies you should be utilizing today. These tips and strategies aren’t about vanity metrics, but about building and developing a solid foundation and finding ways to grow and connect with your audience on an ongoing basis, regardless of platform. We’ll cover topics like the importance of blogging, understanding your analytics, why and how to optimize your accounts and much, much more.
